6 pm Wyoming Rodeo Gals
Melanie O’Hara will present a program about the altheticism of early women rodeo competitors at 6pm in the Dennison Lodge. The program is presented by the Wyoming Humanities Council as part of its Humanities Forum. Free!
7 pm Special Cowboy Day Rodeo
A Dubois Cowboy Day Rodeo will be held at the Clarence Allison Memorial Rodeo Arena in partnership with The Dubois Rodeo Association with special guests appearing at 7pm. The Rodeo will begin at 8pm and features traditional western rodeo events including Barrel racing, Calf roping, Breakaway roping, Team roping, Bull riding, Bronc riding, and Mutton busting for young cowboys and cowgirls. Ticket price: $7 Adults Children under 6 free !
Activities for Saturday, July 23rd
10:00 am Cowboy Storytelling, Western Crafts and Gallery Walk
Visit our wonderful shops and experience the fine dining establishments in Dubois, WY. Meet our shop owners and saloon keepers. Children can listen to stories and watch artists create their western crafts in various Dubois shops and the Corner Park. Take a gallery walk and meet our local artists. Free!
12:00 pm Cowboy parade
Starting at the Dubois Town Park at high noon and ending by the Rustic Pine Tavern. Cowgirls, Cowboys, Horses, Wagons, Ranch Critters and more. Parade Marshall: Tommie Turvey. Free!

8:30 am- 4:00 pm Ranch Horse Versatility Clinic with Bruce Laird
“Shaping horse and rider for real-life situations.” Learn from Wyoming horseman Bruce Laird in the style of Ray Hunt’s wise way with horses based on oneness between horse and rider. Be at the Clarence Allsion Memorial Rodeo Arena with your horse ready to work. Please be on time. This clinic is presented in partnership with Dubois Rodeo Association.
